Due to the personal/intimate nature of our products, approval is needed for all returns. If you have an issue with any of your products call us right away. The earlier we know the better we can assist with a return or exchange.
Anything billed to insurance is non-returnable. If there is a manufacturing defect we will do an exchange per the product company policy.
With an original receipt, and within 30 days of the original date of purchase Isabella Boutique will provide an exchange or refund with a restocking fee of 35%. Original Debit or Credit cards are needed at the time of the return. If paid by check or cash a check will be mailed to you within 30 days of return unless prior arrangements are made.
Without an original receipt, Isabella Boutique will provide an exchange or store credit of product minus the restocking fee.
A valid driver’s license, military ID or permanent state-issued ID is required for all returns
Isabella Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns of items that appear to have been worn, are not in good condition, are without tags, smell of cigarette smoke or are no longer carried in stock. Isabella Boutique may limit returns if we believe a customer may be abusing the return policy.
Clearance or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchanges.
